SUMMARY:Mitchell County Student Showcase
DESCRIPTION:The Mitchell County Arts In Education Showcase exhibition features the artwork of K -12 students who live in Mitchell County. Represented is public\, private\, homeschooled and unschooled work. Presented each year by Toe River Arts & Penland School of Crafts and The Arts Matter group. We are thrilled to display the 2d and 3d work of our talented young community members and celebrate the importance of art in their lives. The exhibition is in the Kokol Gallery in Spruce Pine and a public reception will take place on March 2\, 11am – 1pm. \nWhen: February 17 – March 16\nWhere: Kokol Gallery
