Each scholarship will be in an amount between $250 and $1000 for persons pursuing a higher education degree program in arts or arts education.

The application form [guidelines are included] must be submitted by the deadline, May 1, 2008. In addition to the application forms, applicants will be asked to present work samples that best exemplify the extent and quality of their past accomplishments. There is not an application fee for submittal. Late applications are not accepted.

The evaluation of applicants will be based upon a submittal which demonstrates original thinking, an artistic commitment and a willingness to take creative risks.
